How Often do Mailbox Password Expire? Any way to change it?

Is there any way I can change how often the callpilot password expires?

Users have reported their mailbox password expired. I don't remember anywhere I can change the duration a password lasts.

Look at mailbox COS in call pilot, you can change the password expiry to 0. Then the password will never expire.

In order to get to the class of service you need to either connect a cross over cable to the CP or it needs to be networked. Using your web browser, the default address of CP is 192.168.11.10 You can find COS under mailbox info. Another thing to check NO is outbound transfer!!! If this is set to yes and a mailbox password is 1234 (gen. del.) a hacker can use outbound transfer feature to use your lines to call ANYWWHERE!!!
