How much $$ to develop director CD?

Hi!
Someone who works in a magazine get me a proposal to develop a CD, made with Director, to be distributed every month with the magazine. All I have to do is:
- plan a files structure, easy to update
- training someone to make the updates
- make the first CD (every month will be updates to the images, text, but the main layout will be equal)
All the rest, outside Director (image edition; sound and vídeo edition; layout; design; updates) will be develop by someone else.
I wiil spend maybe 2 or 3hours/day, during 20 days

Can someone tell me how much $$ should I ask for this project?

Figure how many hours YOU actually think it will take you, take the number of hours times your pay rate. Than double that cost and that usually works out well.
