I have 2 BCM 400 3.7 connected with fiber, is there any way to see how many trunks are used at one time?

BCM Monitor- Line Snapshot.
The Line Monitor tab provides real time information about the state of all physical and voice over IP (VoIP) lines on the BCM system.

Sorry, where would "Line Monitoring" be?

It's a program you can download from the BCM on the main menu (Install Clients Download Desktop Applications ) when you run the APP you can see alot of info.
