How many times a cleaner cartridge can be used 1

I am just wondering what is the safe number of times to set on the "Maximum cleanings" parameter for a cleaner cartridge. Is there any universal standard?

this depends on the type of tape technology. LTO is good for about 10 cleanings, which get you by for a while.

9940B can be used around 50 times per cleaning cartridge if I remember right

9940B and A's have a 100 use limit. If your use ACSLS you can check the number of uses as NetBackup can not get that information from the library.
