How many T1s I can configure in an opc81 with 3 groups

depends on what other cards are in the network groups and your licenses for D Channels

Actually I have 5 slots available. Bu t I have checked the SLT in ld 22 and only shows DCH 255 left 249 used 6. I don[t know what is the prompt that says my licenses for B channels. You know the trunks assigned to my DCHs.

Check your SLT for TNs available and you can build trunks. hen you look at a network shelf there are 8 slots, group 0 shelf 0 has and has timeslots 0-15 but if there is a slp card or t1 card in slot 0 you cant put another card next to it. That card, if a dual PRI would be in slots 0 and 1 and you cant use 2 and 3 for anythig taht requires a buss address so yours 5 slots may or may not be usable

Hi Bhassel,

I checked my information and I have in group 0 shelf 0 two empty slots they are 4 and 5 so I guess I can install 2 DDP2 to get 4 T1s.

What do you think?

Rustend you are correct, those will be T-1 loops 8,9,10 and 11.

can you use both of the slots next to each other? Maybe I am going back to the days for the old cards but I thought you could only use one slot.

You can use both slots
