Quick question... Im using a universal trunk card with a route setup to it for my on hold music... How many concurrent users can hear music with this configuration?
 
The total number of possible listeners is 30 minus the
number of assigned trunks.

Thank you, One more... :) what is the easiest way to add more to the same music?
 
Depends on whether or not you are using broadcast music.
(see BDCT prompt in RDB). Broadcast is licensed, you can see what's used/left when you load overlay 14.
If not, you can add another trunk (bridged to the original source) and assign it to another added conf pack, assuming this is not a MG machine.
