How many ADD templates can you have in OPS Mgr 9.0?

I have just installed EM/Ops Mgr 9.0 and I have a need to create a large number of templates due to customer requirements. I looked at the documentation and it says that you can create 25 ADD, 25 Change and 25 Move templates. To test this theory I created 35 ADD test templates without issue. I do not want to start adding the templates for real without knowing if there is a maximum number. Does anyone know?

Are you sure OPSMan is the best tool for your project?

Regardless of best solution or not, that is what was sold and installed. The templates will be used by the customer to add phones in various elements nationwide - they want a template to match the location and department that they will be adding phones for, so the buttons, COS, COR, etc. will be consistant. That is why I need to know if there is a maximum to the number of templates. I know they can copy and such from the controller, but they want the Windows GUI to manage the system and they want the consistancy of templates.

I think it's a question of diminishing returns. With too many templates their effectiveness and usefulness become untenable.

Regardless, I don't have a definitive answer for you.

Looks like you'll have to break new ground.

Help me understand

Would I be mistaken in my assumption that someone has proposed that the client (end-user) will be turned loose with this?

The answer after a few phone calls and 6 emails to engineering is 25. However, there is a bug with 9.0 EM/OPS that allows you to create more than 25. Engineering does not recommend adding more than 25.
