How Long to Order / Install PRI T1?

In your experience, what is the quickest you have ever heard of a phone company being able to order and install a PRI T1? We have a pretty big emergency going on and we'd love to get a T1 going along with the 2 PRI and 1 BRI T1's that we've already got. Our current vendor is saying that normal TAT is 30 days but they could expedite to 21 days. Anyone heard of any vendor that can do it quicker, and also any particular vendor you'd recommend?

IMHO 21 to 30 days is actually pretty good lead time. The only way I know to get it quicker is to find a small, independant CLEC that really wants to earn your business. Good luck.
