How Is Nortel BCM Equipment to Work With ?

I am CO tech, who has because of his former background in data, got pushed into going to BCM installer class next month. [%-)]

Is the Nortel BCM equipment easy to setup and configure, or is it drawn out like some of the cics systems ?

Any input would be welcome.
