How I unlock a voicemail log password?

When I dial Feature 981, and it prompts the PSW:, I press OTHR, I attempt to give the right password, but then it stated that the Mbox is locked and I need to call the admin. But the admin is me and I have no clue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
I've tried to reset the password to the mailbox. And it didn't do it. It only reset the password to the actual mailbox, not the log in of the mailbox
 
Are you trying to access the mail box assigned to the telephone you are calling from? If so you do not have to press OTHR, just enter the password. If you are calling from another telephone in the system press OTHR and enter the EXT. # and password.
If you are trying to reset the General Delivery MB password then that is a different procedure.
 
This mailbox is for our urgent messages. I don't know how it was set up. To access this specific mailbox, the user would go to her mailbox, when pswd: was prompt, she would press the button OTHR, then the log: would appear, she would type in her password, and so on.

She does have a regular mailbox. As she acceess that, she would just simply type in the password.

The only problem is that the log: part, when I attempted to put in the correct mailbox, it said that the mailbox was locked, Contact admin. But I could go into her regular mailbox.

I apologize for the confusion, I too, am quite confused!
 
Password for that Vmail needs to be reset. What is the Vmail box your trying to access?????
