How i can configure a Performance over the Sybase

Hello:

Actually we have a Sybase database over HP-UX and we find some performance problems. The process taking long time and i need identify the blocktend. How i can stablish a Baseline for identified this?

Is the performance problem coming from all tables access or just some of it or is it on peak times?

you need to brighten the picture.
