Yes the GF3 Ti200 is a good card but only a few dollars less to by than the GF4 4200Ti.
Numbers speak volumes and on my rig your GF3 Ti200 averages at a little over 7,000 where as my 64mb GF4 4200Ti benchmarked last night at 10,496 over 50% quicker for 20-$30 more.
