How enable Scheduled Tasks in explorer

We have an NT 4.0 envrinment and I would like to use the Scheduler that is available within Explorer (It should appear as a "Scheduled Tasks" folder when Explorer is open)

I cannot figure out how to enable this feature. Any help would be appreciated !!!

I believe that it comes with IE5 up.

Why not just use winat?

Available from IE4.0 and up
it's located in a different folder on the cdrom (value addstuff or smth like that can't remember exactly)

Take a backup of your server & install it
