How does one shrink a .jpg image? 2

I apologize if this is not an appropriate posting for this list but can someone please tell me how to control the size of a .jpg image.

"C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories\ImageVue\kodakimg.exe"
does not appear to present a means of doing so that I can detect.

Umm, If you are using win 2k Pro.. Just use the Paint program. It allows you to save the file as a JPG file. If you are trying to make the picture smaller and don't want to spend the time DL'n a 3rd part SW.
I use Paint to shrink Pictures all the time, and it does a great job for what I need.
