Hi all,
This is from a win2k server (as the client) to a winxp host. All security settings are wide open for this, I set the mode to 'binary', and do a get, then get this message:
"connection closed by remote host", after a minute or two. The file is about 40k, and in the same session I've successfully xferd much larger pure ascii files.
I can see no settings in the iis manager for the ftp site that look anything like "restrict to ascii files only" or some such thing. I've looked at all the security settings, and opened it wide for this thing, and I just can't get a simple tiny binary file across. Huge text files move just fine; timeout is set to 900 sec. What's going on? Thanks,
