You cant do that, they can hit *0 or *1 or *2 and it goes to whatever you programme under the users voicemail settings in the breakout boxes. So if you ring 102 and hit *0 it will ring the extension you set in 102's Reception/Breakout box.
You could set up an auto attendant and have the breakout dial a shortcode which takes them to that attendant, in there programme it to transfer to whatever extn they enter.
Buying Voicemail Pro, you can only breakout from a users mailbox not a groups. If it rang at a users voicemail you could breakout too an attendant which you record and asks them to enter the extn number.
You can do it in a roundabout way, You set an overflow group with a virtual/phantom user in forwarded to a shortcode that takes you to the Attendant which they can dial from to transfer them to ashortcode that puts the message in that users mailbox or to the groups mailbox.
