How do you wrap text around a picture in 6.5

Having problems wrapping text, just wondering what is the easiest way to accomplish this.

Use the "TEXT WRAP" option around the picture. Click on the picture, drop down the element from the tool bar , click on text wrap and GO

I don't think that Dreamweaver mx has that option.
