How do you upgrade from V6 to V7????

usually I am not this stupid but I cannot find anything on how to upgrade your firmware from V6 to V7.

I have the V7 software installed on my laptop but how do I check the Version the Firewall is at and how do I flsh it to upgrade it?

1.Use WFS7 connect to Firebox,use PolicyManager read cfg(convert old format);
2.save cfg to firebox,firebox will reboot
3.now u are WFS7


WFS7 & WFS6 is OS.
