I have added a check box in Excel 2000. How do I size the check box. I can change the size of the associated label but can not figure out how to change the size of the box itself.

Please help!
Thx.

ok so I did that once, it worked, and now it doesn't.

Hey, does anyone know how to change the size of the checkbox on an excel worksheet?

Well, as it STILL not answered if this is a Forms checkbox, or an ActiveX checkbox - and resizing them would be a different process;

AND, it is STILL not answered if the issue is to do the resizing programatically, or just resize "real time";

then my final post is:

Yes I do know. At least with Version 2002.

Fumei, I believe the question is a checkbox on an Excel spreadsheet, not programatically, and it should probably be a forms checkbox. I think!

Go with that, and go with God.

Thank you cLFlaVA! This worked! :)
I have found a way.

- Place a Checkbox on your Worksheet.
- Right Click, Format Control.
- Properties Tab.
- Select Move and Size with cells.
- Make the cell that it hovers over larger (vert and horiz).

This will make the text look terrible too, however. I suggest having no caption, then placing a label next to it.
