I am trying to create form letters in Word from an Access database. Checkbox fields come across as 0 or 1. How can I show the actual checkbox?

Thanks--
Susan [lookaround]

Im not sure that you'd be able to pull the checkbox itself. Access stores the data IN the checkbox as 1 or 0 for yes or no, but the checkbox itself is formatting. When I need a checkbox in Word, I insert a square bullet (changing the font size so it's large enough) Note, this wont let you actually fill the box in Word, but only on the printed copy.
