How do you setup Blackberry rules properly

I do not have Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.1 installed as of yet.

I setup a forward rule in my GroupWise mailbox that directs all incoming mail to my blackberry. The problem I am having is that when replying, it replies to my mailbox address and not the original sender.

What do I need to do?

Try setting up a BIS account, add that email to your contacts and have the a COPY of your email sent to that address, you should be able to reply normally from that point on. There is also an option in the BIS GUI to setup a 'Sent From' address so it appears that your replies are coming from your Lotus Notes account.

Got it working.

I contacted Telus and they were able to setup my work e-mail account that forwardds directly to the blackberry. All e-mails are sent and replied to in realtime now. The only thing I have to sycn is GroupWise address book, contacts, etc....using Intelisync from the laptop.
