Each system has unique capabilities based on what features you are paying for and how your system is programmed and how your facilities (trunks) coming into the switch are configured (what features you are paying the provider for).
Programming a station in one switch the same as a station in another switch can be a starting point to make some features work, but not others. It can be like comparing apples to oranges.
Do any stations in the switch you are working on now, have caller ID working? Do you have ISDN trunking in this switch?
What is your hardware platform, software version, what type trunks? This will be a start....
