How do you send a corporate address book to several Blackberries

I am trying to update all my Blackberry users address books with a corporate address book. Does anyone know fast and easy way to do this.

Are you using a BES Server?

Yes I am using a Bes with version 4.0.

If there's a way I wouldn't suggest adding the entire Global Address List because Blackberry memory allocates a certain amount of memory to messages, contacts, calendar ect...

I have the users right click on the corporate contact select Add To Contact. Most users don't need everyone.

If you don't have a huge GAL then have the users hold down the shift key and down arrow and select everyone and right click Add to Contact.

I just trained my users to use the lookup option, most of the addresses they need are on there contacts.
