Not too sure about photoshop but i had a program that wopuld mirror a picture for example if an arrow was coming pointing right from the left side of the page then u could mirror the arrorw so it would point left from the right hand side how do you do this? thanks for ur help

How do you reverse or mirror a picture

You could try selecting all (apple + a) and then go to edit>transform>flip horizontal, or use the marquee tool to select the bit you want to flip, and do the same.
