How do you restore exchange 5.5/2000

I am not sure on the exact steps i need to do to restore exchange servers, can anyone tell me the step by step procedure or tell me where i can get this info from.

I have several systems some are NT4 running Exchange 5.5 the others are Win2K running Exchange2K. I am using Veritas V8.6 with exchange agent on all of them.
