hello, i am wondering how to "crop" an application. what i mean by this is i need to show only the a white box, but it has to be a word document. the reason it needs to be a word document is because i need to capture signatures on a touch-screen and the pen software only works in Word. so i need the user to only be able to see a small rectangular box of a word document without the ability to access any of Word's controls.

If you have any ideas besides cropping i would also appreciate your help.

Thanks in advance, PJ

I'm not sure what software you are using, but I was wondering . . . are you sure it has to work in Word? Maybe there is a COM interface you can access or a set of published APIs that would allow you to use the Rich Edit Control rather than word. I'm not sure if it would work for your software, but its just a thought.

What I have is a Qbe Cirrus Personal Computing Tablet and the software is PenTouch. I am sort of new to the world of VB though, so I am not sure what an API is exactly and where I would access APIs. I will search though. Thanks for the help.

I'm sorry, the software is Paragraph PenOffice. I had it confused with something else.
