Hey everybody. I'm new to the Avaya Definity world and I'm sure I'll have many rookie questions like this one, so I hope I'm at the right place.

I need to find out the amount of available extensions and what are the available extensions. I've only found "list stations", but that takes forever to get through.

thanks for the help.

Hi,

In your ASA tool you have browser (view - browser if it's not running)and on General tab you can find button 'Find unused extension' but first you have to close GEDI or TE if it's running.
If you type list stations you will find stations extension only.

The programs that you use to access the switch (li extensions or ASA) are kind of lacking in this area. The best tool that I have found to do this sort of search is this.

They offer a free trail version and is great to do the type of audit you are trying to do. You can also create an electronic copy (CD, or folder) of all your translations with this program.
