How do you pull the USERNAME and COMPUTERID? 1

Does anyone know of a way to pull the USERNAME and COMPUTERID in VB.NET 2005? I know it is probably a simple task, but I need to do this, and I only really know how to do this in a VBA environment.

I know normally you cann pull it from
%username%
and
%computername%

system.environment.username and .machinename and the rest

or in 2005

chech my.computer.name and the rest
