How do you program the 003 line to a button

How do I program the third line to a buton, the one above Line1 on a T7316 phone to be exact?

You can not put lines on the 6 keys at the top of the T7316 set (bottom portion of the phone). 3 on the left side and 3 on the right side. I hope this makes sense to you.
