How do you modify a custom toolbar in Access 2007

I inherited a database with custom toolbars. In 2003, changing one of the toolbar items (adding a report etc..) was fairly straightforward...but in 2007, I dont have any idea how to do this. So, its modifying a custom toolbar in 2007, how do you get to it.

This page is a decent resource for working with the Ribbon in Access 2007. What sucks is that it is a lot more work than Access 2003 was.

What exactly are you trying to do?
