depends on the system's manufacturer.

some of the more common ones are:
Delete key
F10
F2

give thoes a try... if you get the 'windows loading' screen, you've missed your opportunity to get into the BIOS

The system may display the BIOS setup key on screen during startup. Usually it will say "To enter set up, press DEL (or whatever key is required)." If it doesn't see this site for a list of entry keys by manufacturer.

Common BIOS Entry Methods and Settings

Cancel any request for foreign language installation to enter above site if you go there, it will display in English.
 
With a few machines if it has a boot logo, you need to press ESC first to get rid of that and then it will allow you to press F12 or F12 or DEL or whatever key it might say to get into the bios.
