How do you find out.....

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me the overlays/commands to find out these questions:-

1. If a Card is "Out of Service" (e.g. Physically present, but not working or disabled)

2. Same as (1), but for Extensions & Trunks

3. How do you know what service is running on an ITG card (NTVQ01xx) - which overlay shows if it is an ITG, MIRAN, REMOTE AGT, IP TEVAL or VMC 32 etc.

You use LD 32, and on later releases you can use LD 20 ( It uses LD 32 in background )

STAT <Loop Shelf Card> for Status of Card

STAT <Loop Shelf Card Unit> for Status of Extension

I.E. STAT 4 1 12 for Status of Loop 4 Shelf 1 Card 12

For Option 11's its:

STAT <Card> for Status of Card

STAT <Card Unit> for Status of Extension

All TN printing is LD20, so if you know where the card is, you can print the TNs on it in LD20
