Hi All,

Trying to change the service type field from SAT to CDR1 within the "cha ip-services command. I get a message telling me "service type must be disabled before changes can be made" I tried the disable command but it doesn't seem to have any type of services or ip functions within it. I am at a customer site and they have a g3s1 ver 12.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank You

The command is under "ch ip-int" The first colum has Y or N. N will disable it for you.

One more thing. You will get a message to the affect that disabling the pack will bring down devices that are using it.

mikeydidit,

Thank YOU!! That worked. You just saved me a lot of time by having to download material from Avaya'a site.

Thank You again!

Glad you got it going. I installed 5 yesterday, so it was still fresh....LOL
