How do you disable reading layout in Word '03 1

I'd like to know how to disable the reading layout in Word '03. Whenever I open an attatchment from Outlook and it opesn int Word it opens up in reading layout. I'd like it to always open in the normal layout. How do I do this?

On the Tools menu click Options | General tab | clear the Allow starting in Reading Layout check box
