How do you disable CSL Link SCH3415

I am trying to back out some SIP configuration on my CS1000
when I try to remove the ELAN I get SCH3415 - csl link must be disabled before modifications can be made.
In LD 48, when I try dis elan 32 I get LNK217

LNK217 says command cannot be executed because of a syntax error in the command line

How can I do this?

What do you get for STAT CNFG in ld 48? Does it show a CSL number?
