How do you delete the 'Favorites' folder from the start menu 3

Is it possible to delete the 'Favorites' folder that is off of the start button? (Underneath 'Programs'). If so, how?<br><br>Thanks in advance.

Dreamboat is correct. Don't listen to &quot;the eclipse&quot; Although this can be done, don't go into the registery unless you need to.

Win98 cd&nbsp;&nbsp;d:/ win98&gt;tools&gt;reskit&gt;powertoy&gt;tweakui, then you will get a popup window that tells you that you have to run TweakUI from Control Panel click OK.&nbsp;&nbsp;then once installed go to Control Panel and click on TweakUI, then go to IE Tab at top of window (this is not Internet Explorer in Tweak) Then simply unclick Favorites, Documents, Splash screen, ect...... Then restart your puter and that is that.&nbsp;&nbsp;Not difficult.&nbsp;&nbsp;This is not a well known program, however it is something that MS put on their CD that they very conveniently forgot to mention that will assist in doing away with these and other unwanted things in Windows.
