How do you cut and paste a Column to a Row. 2

Hi I have Row of info lets says name1 name2 name 3 that corresponds with Columns A B C. I want to move all this data into Column A. how would I do this?

Thanks guys.
 
Your title and your question aren't the same?!?

=>How do you cut and paste a Column to a Row
Copy the data
click in an empty cell, either below or beside the data
go to edit > paste special > transpose

If that's not what you're looking for, please provide more details.

1. Select and copy the information.

2. Click the cell where you want to begin your column.

3. Edit | Paste Special and tick the transpose box.

4. Click OK

Done.

You may find it easier to copy the data from one sheet and paste it to another (this avoids trouble if the source and destination cells overlap).

Note, you cannot cross ranges in any way using Paste Special / Transpose, ie if you were looking to move A1:J1 you cannot paste special to A1 to have it go A1:A10, because A1 existed in your original range. You have to do the transposition to another cell (eg A2) and then just the data to where you wanted it (ie A1).
