Do a "change synchronization and put the ds1 card location of the T1 as your primary source. Then disable synchronization and then enable it. Status synchronization and see if it shows the ds1 card. Status the trunk group to see if it's in service. If it's a ISDN-PRI trunk group, then status the associated signal group as well as the trunk group. Sometimes the signal group will come up but the channels won't, based on the protocal version used on the ds1 form (this is based on the type of switch your carrier is using).
DO A TEST BOARD THEN PUT THE CABINET ,SLOT OF THE DS1 BOARD
THE FIST SET OF TEST WILL TELL YOU IF YOUR TALKING TO THE OUTSIDE NETWORK CORRECTLY. GO TO MAINTENANCE MANUAL 2
