This seems like a dumb question, I know. But I can't figure out how to check messages remotely on Basic Edition. Customer just using 1 general mailbox. Line coverage. No AA. Only has 2 lines so I don't have a spare line to set up a back door into the AA. Tried *7 but that doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

cant set an incoming call route to a SC that dials 778?
