Hello,

I have 2 Excel spreadsheets. One has 400 records in, one has 450. Is there a way that I can run a macro that runs through the sheet with 450 records. If it finds that record in the other sheet it keeps it, if it doesn't find it, it deletes it. So when the macro has been run, both sheets are left with 400 records. I just want to get rid of the extra 50 records.

Many thanks

James

You could use the .Find, it is very well documented in teh help. If you need some code, let me know.

seems to me that this would be like simpler beyond belief to do in MS ACCESS?!
