How do you check a instance of a executable program is running already 2

When you compile a VB program into a exe file, you can double click on the exe and run it. Is there any code in an event/function to check if an instance of the program is already running to prevent the user from double clicking on the exectable again and running another version of the same program. Any code or ideas would be appreciated.

Sure,
On startup check App.PrevInstance = True
that means your app is allready running.
You can then exit.
