How do you change the minutes of VM storage in Audix?

To increase the storage to 30 minutes in the COS, do I change the " Voice mail Message Maximum parameter to 1800 seconds?

It's either Voice Mail Message (seconds) (max is 10800 on an IA770 for example), or Call Answer Message (seconds) (max is 10800).

Audix LX, and MAP5 are pretty much the same, excep thre maxium message length might be less for an older release.

try both. One controls the outbound message length, the other controls inbound recorded messages. I can't remember which is which right now.
