We are moving our data center and when we changed all the server IP addresses I am unable to log into the client. I get an error that shows the old IP with port xx.xx.xx.xx:62130. Where is this stored on the application server?

What version Nice?
Is this occurring on the server or the client?
Have you defined your servers by IP or Machine Name?
Have you re-run Set Security after the address change?
Have you run NICE Rename Host Tool?
If it is an issue on the server start with the niceapplications.systemadministrator.host.exe.config and ensure the following values are correct:
- systemadminhosturl
- Dataaccess.connectionstring
- Dataaccess.masterconnectionstring

Some days I do my job, other days it feels like I'm doing everyone elses job, other days I should have stayed at home and mowed the lawns.

If you moved the datacenter and there are several nice servers involved... I would better call Nice support to the scene
