How do you change the colour of a worksheet tab?

Does anyone know how to chage the colour of a Worksheet Tab?

You can only change the color of a worksheet tab in Excel XP. If you are using Excel XP right click on the sheet tab and select "Change Sheet Color". I'm not sure about the name because I am at work and we only have office 2000.

Prior to Excel XP you only had the option to add a background picture. You could use a pict with a flat colour to do what you wanted. Won't print though if that matters.
