Good afternoon, we have a mivoice business server on version 10.0.2.10 and I need to block problematic numbers. I tried going to call based routing service and adding the number to a deny list to no avail. Any ideas on how to make this happen?

Is it possible to block them before the system?

But call routing -> caller based routing should work. Be sure to match the number presentation. 1-555-555-5555 is different than 555-555-5555.

You need to enable the caller based routing service in the trunk attributes the DID rides in on.

Trunks ----> Trunk Attributes ---->trunk service number the link is using. Double click on that, and select the radio button to turn this on.

This will not require a reboot or drop any active calls on that link.
