How do you allow call forwarding on line 5 of your 7965?

I have several lines on my 7965 phone and can only CFWDall on the first line on my phone. Why can't I select line 5 and call forward that line? Any Help is appreciated. Using Call Manager 8.5

Its not possible within the standard Cisco CallManager to do this, not sure why, but its always been a problem. Have a look at the "Forward Lines" application from DominoComms ( as this is a really nice fix to the problem (really help in shared group infrastructures).
 
you can do it from the ccmuser webpage but not the phone itself.
 
That's how we do it (using the CCMUser web interface) - this has actually become the preferred method by the user as they can implement or change the forwarding from anywhere (assuming they have network access or via VPN)
