HOW DO WE PUT BAR MESSAGE IN A MENU DEFINITION

Hello guys,

COuld someone help here. I am using the Menu Builder to make and generate my menus. How can I also include the menu bar message, in conjuntion with SET MESSAGE TO without having to Code the menu manually?

Maricus,
I'm not quite sure what you want, but when you click on the menu Option button(s), then check the Message box, you can put whatever message you want there.

Thanks. Am sorry I did not mention that am using FPDOS2.6a. Is it possible in the menu builder? I only see Options for Shortcut, Mark, Skip condition and Pad Name.

Maricus,
You are right this is one of those "minor" differences between the DOS (proprietary) interface trying to look like Windows and FPW. I don't know of anyway to do it in FPD.
