Here's my question:

I have a comprehensive database with various items of importance. One of the forms has to deal with information regarding people who have an application on file with us. In this form we have all of their personal info, vehicle info, identification info, etc...

What I want to know is if I can program a macro, module or VBA code that when a user clicks on the button a JPEG or BMP image comes up. Let me expand...In regards to the applicants vehicle information we require insurance verification. We have hard copies on file within their application. I want to be able to scan these insurance documents then import them into the Access database when I click on the button next to their vehicle description so I can actually view the insurance documentation without pulling the hard copy file (I have over 700 applications on file right now).

Is there any way to do this?

Please help..............

Take a look at the Northwind sample database.

Hope This Helps, PH.

I don't see any example on the Northwind db of what I am looking for.

I will elaborate:

On my Applicant Info Form there is a section regarding Vehicle information, i.e. year, make, model, license plate #, etc. I want to add a button by this vehicle, that when clicked will display an image of this particular vehicles insurance information. I am in no way a programmer so I realize this may be out of my league but there has to be some way for a query to take place regarding the current vehicle record.

Maybe this can't be done as I want..any suggestions?
