How do I view the contents of a .cab file?

How do I view the contents of a .cab file? Microsoft's compression algorithm for cab files has changed since Win95. Someone told me WinZip could do it, but that has proved unsuccessful.

I have Winzip 8.0 on Win2k and I am able to expand .cab files.

I just tried a different .cab file and it worked. I guess the one I was originally trying to view is corrupt.
