Hi All,

How do I verify the total number of digital and analog sets on Opt 61c PBX, just total number for each type?

Thanks

would say the easiest way is really to LD 20 prt tnb, capture to a file then open the capture file with mv.xls from pepedog.com.

This will excel all you trunks, sets, tone detectors, etc (anything with a TN). Its then very easy to copy and paste this off to another excel speadsheet with a sheet for your digital and a sheet for you analogues (you get the idea).

This will not only give the the Number of sets but every setting against them making it very easy for you to quickly find sets by searching for DN's and then you can confirm keys, classes of service and anyother features assign or not assigned to a set.

Hi all,
Thank you for all your help, but I only want the total number of analog sets and total number of digital sets separate.(no detail needed)
Please help...
Thanks,

But this only show the total Tns for digital and analog together
I need to have the total count separate

REQ slt

you can go to ld 117 inv gen cards wait until its done
then di inv prt cards.then go to ld 20 and stat your
tns and see what is programmed and whats not its a
little work but its what it is.

You're right. This just tells you that you have 2000 total TNs of which 760 are used. It doesn't split them up for you. Which is odd since I thought that release did split digital and analog when printing the System LimiTs.

Anyway, since all you want is separate counts of the digital and analog sets you have currently programmed give this a try.

Go to LD 81.

REQ CNT
CUST 0 (Or the appropriate #)
DATE (hit enter)
PAGE (hit enter)
DES (hit enter)
FEAT 2000 (for digital sets)
FEAT DTN (for the average analog set)
FEAT DIP (in case you have any analogs set up as Dial-Pulse)
FEAT MNL (in case you have any analogs set up as Ring Downs)
FEAT SL1 (Just in case your system is old enough)
FEAT (hit enter)

You'll get a display that looks similar to this:

FEAT CUST TOTAL SL1 500 2500 2000
DIP 00 CNT 0 0 0 0 0
DTN 00 CNT 672 0 0 672 0
MNL 00 CNT 11 0 11 0 0
SL1 00 CNT 16 16 0 0 0
2000 00 CNT 195 0 0 0 195

DIP, MNL and DTN are analogs so you can just add them up.

what comes up above ld 10 for analogue and ld 11 for digital when you go into those overlays? Same thing??

Mato' Was'aka

I get the total ports count 760 on ld 10 and 11
same thing

that sucks. Sorry. could stat the loops and leave off the unit i e, stat 4 0 0, stat 4 0 1 and see what is/ is not uneq

tedious, but works.

I think with the software you have hhallett has the best solution for you in LD 81.

In ld 81 at the feat prompt just type sets and return through. This will give you all sets in the count.

500 and 2500 will be analog
Others will be listed as 2000 or 3900 etc.

tnphoneman has it nailed.

enter on home.

Add up 500 and 2500 to equal the analogs in use and add up 2000 and 3900s for digital. subtract the number of mail ports (CP and Mermail) for an accurate count of digital sets in use.
